All dancers are expected to:

1. Arrive with hair and makeup done

2. Be wearing their flesh-coloured underwear, bodysuit or leotard under their normal clothing

3. Bring a small, labelled bag packed with tights, shoes etc ready to change into when they arrive

4. Take special care of their costume(s) and return them to the assigned helper

​​Information for PARENTS

• ​Students must be signed in and out by a parent/carer at the registration table located in the entrance to the STAR and LUNA studios.

• Students will then move into the assigned studio (holding rooms) where they will change into their costume(s).

• Teachers will guide all students through their onstage rehearsal.

• Students may be able to watch part of the rehearsals.

• Once the rehearsal is complete, students will return to the holding rooms and change back into their normal clothes and return to the STAR and LUNA studio foyer to be signed out.

• Students are required to be at dress rehearsals for the duration of their call time only. Supervision outside of these times is minimal so please be prompt to drop-off and pick-up your child(ren) at the advertised times.

• Students may bring a drink bottle with water only and must ensure all items of clothing are clearly labelled.  As there will be minimum downtime, students are requested not to bring any non-essential personal belongings with them.

• No parents will be allowed inside the holding rooms or auditorium during the dress rehearsal unless they are a registered volunteer.

• Photography and recordings of any form is strictly forbidden in the dressing rooms and in the auditorium. Assigned locations with media walls and concert backdrops will be available for student and family photographs.

• Remember that dogs are not permitted on C3 grounds so if you do bring your pampered pooch to rehearsals, please leave them in your vehicle.
