Concert Schedule and Requirements

All Students to arrive at 3:45pm​

All dancers are expected to:
-
Arrive with hair and makeup done
-
Be wearing their flesh-coloured underwear, bodysuit or leotard under their normal clothing AND their tights
-
Bring a small, labelled bag packed with shoes ready to change into when they arrive

Take special care of their costume(s) and return them to the assigned helper
​​Information for PARENTS

​Students are required to be at C3 for the duration of the concert and will perform their assigned class routines and the FULL company finale.

Students are to bring a drink bottle and a few snack. Snacks mus teasy to eat with no messy or sticky foods that could damage a costume. LLD is a NUT FREE environment so please do not send foods that contain nuts or traces of nuts.

Students MUST NOT eat whilst in costume. This is to ensure that no spills or sticky finger marks appear on the costumes. Please pack a dressing gown or towel that can cover the costumes while your child enjoys their snack.

Students may bring a book or other small activity to enjoy during their time backstage. If colouring in please bring pencils only - no markers, textas or crayons.

Labelling all student belongings is essential as their is always a lot of movement and activity backstage during the concert. Remember to label EVERYTHING including clothing, drink bottles, lunch bottles, books, games, hair brushes etc.​​

Upon arrival parents must signed their child(ren) in at the registration table - located in the entrance to the STAR and LUNA studios.

Students will be supervised for the duration of the concert. Activities such as colouring in will be provided. Students may also watch the concert from the TV screens in the holding room.

Students will change into costumes and may be assisted by backstage volunteers and/or LLD teachers.

Prior to going onstage, the teacher will meet the class to check costumes and prepare them for the stage.

When finished on stage, students will return to their holding room where they will wait and prepare for their next routine and/or the concert finale. ​
PHOTO OPPORTUNITY FOR FAMILIES
After the FINALE parents may meet their child(ren) in the auditorium foyer for family photo opportunities using the concert media wall

ALL students must return to the holding rooms after meeting their families.

Students will then change back into their regular clothes and gather all their belongings.  They must also return all costumes and accessories to the assigned backstage volunteer and/or teacher so all items can be accounted for.

Students will then move to the registration table and meet their parents to be signed out.

Parents/carers MUST sign their child(ren) out at the registration table prior to departing C3 - this is a legal requirement for duty of care.

Photography and recordings of any form is strictly forbidden in the dressing rooms and in the Auditorium during the performance. Assigned locations with media walls and concert backdrops will be available for student and family photographs.

A copy of the full concert video will be emailed to parents after the concert. The cost was included in the concert production fee.

Professional photographs of the onstage performance will be available to purchase directly from the photographer.

PARENTS will NOT BE permitted inside the holding rooms for any reason unless they are a registered volunteer
